Printable Order Form - simply take this link, print the form, fill it out and mail to us with your money order. 2. Email us. An email link is at the bottom of each catalog page, just click on it. I usually answer within a day or so, unless we are on vacation. We no longer ship to California and Arizona. We accept postal orders, money orders, VISA and MASTERCARD.
